By 2030, our vision is to become one of the leading logistics and services groups in Austria, Central and Eastern Europe, Türkiye and beyond – serving over 150 million satisfied customers.

International E-Commerce: Austrian Post is a key player also internationally, and we plan to grow further. We will invest in our existing markets while tapping into new ones. With top quality, innovative products and modern technology. We provide market access for shippers to our region with an integrated and innovative e-commerce parcel network.
ONE group - operationally excellent: Together, we are unstoppable. With around 30,000 employees in Austria and international markets we will strengthen collaboration and maximize synergies. Locally committed yet internationally connected. Modern, high-performance networks and operations form the core of our services. We are committed to automation and digitalisation. We incorporate advanced AI and robotics based on integrated data into our operations, making work easier, faster, and smarter.
